Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms”) govern your use of the High St Boutique Online Store. By placing an order through the High St Boutique Online Store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the www.highst.co.nz Site conditions, you may not use the High St Boutique Online Store.

Pricing and Payments

All product prices on the High St Boutique Online Store are given in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and are shown inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We accept payment by debit / credit card (MasterCard and Visa). We use DPS EXPRESS as our secure payment gateway for processing credit cards. We do not record your credit card details and it is a trusted and secure gateway for online payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Price Match

High St Boutique Online Store offers a New Zealand wide price match service. We focus on offering our products at a reasonable and competitive price determined by our suppliers. If you happen to find a product for less at another online retailer, we are more than happy to offer our valued customers an equal price. However please note the following criteria:

- The item must be full price and not subject to any promotion, sales offers or member/VIP discounts.

- The item to be price matched must be identical to the item listed on High St Boutique Online Store, and currently in-stock on both sites.

- We are more than happy to offer a price match in most situations, however we do reserve the right not to alter our listed price.

All items on the High St Boutique Online Store are subject to availability. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered are not available. We have a physical store that shares the stock with online. There may be the rare occasion that an item is sold in store at the same time an order for the item online is being processed. In this case the online item will be unavailable and we will inform you as soon as possible with alternative product options, credit or a refund.

Out Of Stock

If an item or specific size is out of stock, you can choose to be notified via email highst69@xtra.co.nz when the item becomes available. You can contact us to check the availability of that item in our other stores via phone 07-577 9600 or email highst69@xtra.co.nz.


We don’t have an online lay-by service, however you can contact one of our physical stores to enquire about an online item and we can assist you with arranging an in store lay-by. Please contact us by phone or email highst69@xtra.co.nz

Online Process

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched once payment has been received. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below.


All deliveries within NZ are sent via Fastway Couriers or Mainfreight using their Track and Trace service. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day if order is placed before 12 noon otherwise the following business day. It will be delivered within 1-3 business days. 

FREE of charges.


Orders received by 12 noon/midday NZST Monday to Friday will be dispatched on that business day. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours pending payment confirmation. At peak times there may be dispatch delays and our team will keep you informed.

If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame, please contact one of the stores or email us at highst69@xtra.co.nz so we can look into it further.


A tax invoice will be sent to you via email after you place an order. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your order. You can use this number on the Fastway Couriers or Mainfreight websites to check the status and location of your parcel.

Our Returns Policy

We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) for an exchange, credit or refund. Sale items can be returned for a credit or exchange only. All garment tags must be still attached to the item.

Please send your returns back to us at 76 Devonport Road, Tauranga within 7 days after receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email highst69@xtra.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your item to arrange the exchange. Returns and exchanges received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted, a High St Boutique credit may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.

Returns Process

Made Easy!

 We recommend you begin this process within 36 hours of receiving your order by emailing highst69@xtra.co.nz and quote your order number,so we can begin to go through the process to create your return request.

For all exchanges, we will happily deliver the new item to you at our cost, once we have received your returned item.

All items need to be returned to us at 76 Devonport Road, Tauranga within 7 days from date of your parcel delivery and costs are at the expense of the customer.

Once the item has been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping costs) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. The High St Boutique team will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item has been worn, damaged or it is not up to saleable quality we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Faulty Items

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; our team takes special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering them to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned within 7 days from the date of you parcel delivery. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will send the item back to the supplier to replace or credit us. We will then send you a replacement if they have it or offer you either a High St Boutique credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.

Privacy and Security

We use DPS to process our payments. DPS is a PCI DSS compliant Visa and MasterCard certified solution, and is one of the most trusted services in NZ for real-time credit card processing.
